While most of the populas has always looked at the bad habits of others with an air of indifference, some bad habits are worse then others. Few can fault a person for a turn at the hookah when demons and devils assail the land on a monthly basis. Life is hard and the people need their release. There are some though that even turn away from alcohol and see it as a sin and weakness...

So when farmers started coming to hettman dying of what looked like a complete shock to their system he knew something had changed. Unscrupulous alchemists and farmers are creating more powerful drugs, and the down trodden and less fortunate are taking the brunt of it.

Crime across Shadow and Tabor is up as the poor look for the next hit. Guards are being injured trying to deal with ruffians on heavy steroids that make a man stronger and faster, and the cities are considering a tough new stance on drugs.

ooc - yes drugs are in game now... Where they are and how to get them is secret. They have varying effects and I expect RP of them in all regards. This to me is a stepping stone to the alchemy skill and forage skill having an in game use, but that will take awhile..
